Our classes are unique and personal. We are all about trusting our experienced instructors. We allow our teachers the freedom to craft classes that truly resonate with you. Yoga is a ancient practice that is suppose to be passed down. Which is why we do not place strict teaching boundaries and will often explore many styles within each hour of class.

Brittany F.

E-RYT500hr, Sculpt & Pilates Reformer Certified

Brittany F. Yoga Director at The Wall Climbing Gym, brings a decade of dedicated movement expertise to her classes. Since 2014, she has cultivated a seasoned background encompassing vinyasa yoga, sculpt, and reformer Pilates.

Certified yoga expert with 10+ years experience in weekly class instruction, studio management, and corporate wellness. Has taught well known brands/companies like Prana and Raytheon.

Her yoga journey began during her college years, after no longer playing competitive sports which led her to pursue extensive yoga training with wellness expert Stacy McCarthy ( 200hr & 300-hr certification). She did an additional 100-hour mentorship program with Spiritual Counselor Krisitina Renee & Yoga Therapist, Alana Barrey.

Brittany’s professional career beyond yoga includes marketing, building upon her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from PLNU. While she enjoys an active life outside of work, including mountain biking, running, and surfing, she also brings a balanced energy to her fitness classes.

Cameron A. RYT 200hr

Cameron has been practicing yoga for as long as he can remember, but finally became a certified 200hr yoga instructor in 2023. His favorite class to teach focuses on deep breathing, long pose holds, and a nice balance between yin and vinyasa all leading towards a relaxing savasana. 

When he’s not in the studio, you can find him working on the line as chef or outside landscaping. Cameron likes to spend his free time outside enjoying the sun, in the water or on a hike. Painting and music also are passions he loves when he has the chance. Originally from Tucson, AZ Cam has lived in many places but his favorite thing anywhere he goes is the new faces that always have wisdom if willing to listen.

Aly M. RYT200hr

Aly 200hr certified yogia is a passionate mother, yogi, and integrative nutrition wellness coach with a deep connection to nature and family. She blends her love for surfing, yoga, and creativity in a way that encourages flow and connection in both her personal life and in her classes.

Her journey to San Diego (2007) from the jungles of the Big Island of Hawaii continues to be filled with adventure and a strong commitment to a holistic lifestyle of well-being. Her mission to promote inclusivity in the movement space lends to an inspiring approach to yoga that supports others to tap into their own unique flow and personal power

She has her 200 hour YTT specializing in Vinyasa and loves to create balanced and creative flows with groovy playlists that challenge but also inspire students to embrace where they are on their own unique journey. 

Sundarri P. RYT 200hr

Sundarri is an actress, musician, and 200HR Kriya-Initiated yoga instructor teaching a sacred lineage from the Himalayas.

Sundarri's classes are tailored to specific themes that include breath-work, mantra, asanas, sound, and devotional movement. In her classes you can expect to dive deep within the Self, experience deep transformation, and connect with the Divine within. 

Sundarri also runs a local non-profit organization called Soma Wellness that offers holistic, integrative modalities to the recovery community. 

Jana B. RYT 200hr

Jana was born and raised in Germany and has been teaching yoga since 2021. In addition to yoga, she is also expanding her expertise in Reiki and Yoga Nidra.

Her yoga classes blend softness and strength, often featuring a flowy, fluid style. With a passion for creating a balanced experience, she guides students through sessions that support both relaxation and empowerment.

Courtney M. RYT 200hr

Courtney has been a student for 16 years and a teacher for 4. She completed her RYT 200 hour in 2021.

Her classes are designed to guide students into a state of flow, where movement feels natural and intuitive while maintaining mindfulness and intention. Her sequences encourage mindfulness, presence, and a balance between strength and ease. She often incorporates breathwork and mini meditations to help students ground themselves and find inner stillness. 

Beyond the mat, Courtney loves spending time with family and friends, volunteering, traveling to new places, and immersing herself in nature. She finds joy in the simple things—whether it’s a peaceful hike, a good book, or meaningful connections with the people around her.

Kelly RYT 500hr

Kelley’s journey with yoga began in 2002, but it wasn't until 2008—when diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis—that she found herself truly committing to yoga's therapeutic benefits.

Through a consistent practice, Kelley experienced firsthand how yoga could ease joint pain, improve mobility, strengthen muscles, and provide lasting mental clarity. Today, Kelley is stronger than ever, both mentally and physically, and she’s passionate about helping others feel empowered in their own journeys.

Certified as a 500 RYT in Power Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Gentle Yoga, as well as certifications in Breath Work and Meditation, Kelley brings an accessible yet challenging approach to each class. Her teaching emphasizes body control, stability, strength-building movements, and mindful breathing. Kelley invites students to connect deeply with their bodies, explore their edges, and cultivate resilience through strong movements and long holds. With her guidance, each class is a safe, non-judgmental space where students can achieve their fullest potential. 

In Kelley's spare time, you can find her at the beach! She also enjoys traveling, gardening, reading and spending plenty of time with her family!

Tyler P. RYT200hr

Tyler's non-heated Yoga classes are fun, challenging and individually tailored to suit all levels. Following Anusara's Universal Principles of Alignment finding Hip Openers, Heart Openers, Twists and Restorative postures you are sure to get a light sweat and a good stretch.

Tyler earned his first Yoga Teacher Certification in 2010 at The Southwest Institute of Healing Arts from Anusara Certified Christy Burnette and an additional Certificate from CorePower Yoga in 2012.

Tyler is also a Men's Basketball and Volleyball Official for the NCAA and in his spare time likes to play pickleball and travel

Julie J. RYT 200hr

Julie Jones is a dedicated yoga instructor with nearly two decades of experience, having completed her Certified Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Vermont in 2005. Her practice is rooted in the traditions of Ashtanga yoga,  blending strength, breath, and alignment for the asana experience.

Deeply inspired by our universal connection to the earth, her practice is reflective of nature’s rhythms, integrating mindful movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation to foster balance and well-being.  In 2018, she expanded her expertise with certification in Yoga Nidra, deepening her focus on restorative and meditative practices. 

Passionate about making yoga accessible to all, Julie creates a welcoming space for students of all levels. Beyond the studio, she spends her spare time working with children in nature, guiding them in deepening their understanding to the world around them. Whether leading a mindful flow, guiding meditative stillness, or exploring the outdoors with young minds, she encourages self-awareness, inner peace, and a profound appreciation for the natural world.

Emily F. RYT-200hr

Emily brings a tough but fun energy to her yoga teaching, intent on being in proper form but always reminding her students not to take yoga so seriously. Listen to the body, listen to breathe, even smile. 

Her power vinyasa flows will challenge you physically and mentally, providing the space for students to learn, grow, and feel accomplished. Beyond her 200 hr, and yin certifications she continues to learn and deepen her physical and spiritual practice to share with her students 

Jackie D. RYT 200hr


Jackie is a 200 hour Vinyasa certified yoga teacher who loves sharing the power of movement, breath, and energy awareness with others on and off the mat.

She spends most of her week working with teenagers as a speech-language pathologist. Other sources of joy include climbing, running, camping, and reading.

In the studio, expect beginner-friendly flows with an emphasis on strength and functional movement. 

Kelly R. RYT 200hr

Kelly is a 200 hour Vinyasa certified yoga instructor. She trained at Core Power and has been teaching yoga on and off since 2008.

Kelly's power vinyasa classes will empower and strengthen your body, mind, and heart.

Kelly is an elementary school teacher. When Kelly is not teaching children or yoga she loves being by the ocean, reading, hiking traveling, and time with family.

Katie C. RYT 500hr

Katie is a passionate 500-hour certified Yoga and Meditation instructor, Sound Healer, Reiki Master, and Holistic Health Coach.

Originally from South Florida and now based in San Diego, she has been teaching yoga since 2022 after completing her traditional Hatha training in Bali. With a background in exercise science and kinesiology, Katie emphasizes mindful alignment and breathwork in all styles of yoga she teaches.

Deeply committed to guiding others on their journey to self-discovery and well-being, she creates a safe and nurturing space where individuals can reconnect with themselves.
